CAD / REVIT DRAFTER

Candidates must have experience in real work environment including the following:

• AutoCAD - Minimum 2 years experience.
• REVIT - Minimum 1 years experience.
• Structural or Architectural Drafting - Minimum 1 year experience.
• Basic knowledge of various structural systems and components.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or have proof of permanent legal status to work in the United States.

STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

Primary Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• Minimum of BS Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering and have passed FE Exam.
• Candidates should have experience with standard analysis programs such as RISA 3-D, Enercalc, etc.
• Proficient knowledge of current design codes.
• Knowledge with wood, steel, masonry and concrete.
• Prepare structural calculations (perform gravity, lateral load and seismic) for small and medium size projects.
• Prepare drawings, details and review construction shop drawings.
• Perform special structural inspections and site visits, as needed.
• Communicate and coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients to coordinate schedules, documents and meet client needs.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or have proof of permanent legal status to work in the United States.
